Yuki Kishino studied electronics and communication engineering at Meiji University, Tokyo, before moving abroad and living in London for several years. In 2011 he enrolled in Prof. Simon Starling class at Städelschule, Frankfurt am Main, and graduated from Prof. Peter Fischli class in 2016.

He has shown his works at various venues: MMK Museum für Moderne Kunst, Frankfurt am Main, Kunsthaus Hamburg, Hamburg, Goethe-Institut, Paris, Italic, Berlin, I: Project Space, Beijing, Wschód Gallery, Warsaw, Wilfried Lentz, Rotterdam.

Kishino is invested in time-based media. His works are observations on technological developments and shifts in psychological states.
