Med “rammen” som udgangspunkt, men ikke nødvendigvis endestationen, forsøgte Rasmus Myrup at forene arbejdsformer fra broderi, billedvævning og snedkeri på Statens Værksteder for Kunst. Hans mål var at syntetisere træet og tråden i nye blandformer.
