How to apply
Before you apply, we kindly ask you to read and follow the formal requirements. If you do not, we reserve the right to ignore your application. Please note: Non-Danish applicants must apply with projects related to cultural activities within Denmark.
Look into our calendar to see if the requested workshop or studio is vacant. You find the calendar button on the right.
Your application should be compiled into one pdf of max 5Mb.
Your application must include:
A filled-in application form.
- The form must include a summary (max. 1500 characters) of your project description. An elaborate project description can complement this summary later in the application.
- Visual material, sketches, drawings etc. describing the project.
- Short professional CV and visual examples of former work. These must be integrated in the pdf of max. 5 mb.) Download application form: right-click and save on your computer.
When we receive the pdf it should be named “your first name, your last name, month, year”. Example: “John Johnson, Feb. 15″
Please submit the application as one attached PDF file to [email protected] and make sure we have it before midnight on the day of the deadline.
When you apply you will receive a reply email, to confirm your application was received. This email is your receipt. You will receive a final answer to your application approximately 4 weeks after the application deadline.
As we will send the answer by e-mail, we kindly ask you to provide an e-mail address, which is active. You may apply four times a year.
